ICF's are hollow, lightweight, "Stay in Place" forms made of two panels of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) that are connected by polypropylene webs. You stack up the forms and brace them in place and pour concrete into the hollow interior. What you end up with is a concrete wall that is insulated on both sides and ready for interior and exterior finishes.

The webs also have a uniquely designed rebar holding system that reduces the need for tie-downs and places the rebar at the most effective places to ensure superior structural strength.
