1925 – 2025
For a century, 41 Lumber has stood as a trusted partner to homeowners, builders, and communities across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. From our humble beginnings in 1925 in Houghton to becoming a leader in lumber and building materials, our story is built on customer service, quality products, expertise and trust.

Founded as a small lumber yard.
1960s–1980s
Expanded product lines and locations.

Introduced in-house design services across locations.
